About this Course
We ALL experience drama—it is part of the human experience. If we can learn to see when we are engaged in daily drama, pause, and ask ourselves and others the 3 Vital Questions of this course, you will be well on your way to transforming your relationships.
Workplace drama is often present when we don’t realize it. In fact, dissatisfaction at work can often derive from dynamics at work that undermine all the positive culture and projects we engage in at work. This course simply describes our base line operating systems and how we can inadvertently be focused on problems when in fact we are better off focusing on outcomes. Join an interactive day-long experience to build a new muscle resulting in more satisfaction at work, higher producing teams and more streamlined paths to meeting your desired outcomes.
What will participants learn?
In this course, participants will learn how to drastically transform their everyday workplace drama into resourceful, resilient and innovative relationships that improve organizational outcomes.
By applying the 3 Vital Questions (3VQ)® and The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic)® frameworks, participants will learn to catch themselves sooner in their reactive drama and communicate in new and empowering ways.
They will also learn:
Practical tools to recognize personal triggers in everyday dramas and how to shift into more empowering ways of relating to co-workers, others and themselves
How to relate more effectively with colleagues when drama patterns show up
Increased self-awareness and engagement by understanding how they think and relate to others
The three empowering roles of Creator, Challenger, and Coach and how each role enables leaders to recover from reactive behaviors more quickly so they can coach and develop staff
How renewed courage to make personal changes that help them show up at work with less stress and more ease will increase both effectiveness and fulfillment
To use 3VQ for inspired and creative decisions, even in the face of drama and uncertainty; To ignite their passion for work and those they work with.
